IVC2018 SEEKS VOLUNTEERS!

That’s right – the IVC2018 Team needs your help! A small army of volunteers is required, both in the preparation and execution of the congress.

As an official IVC2018 Volunteer, you can contribute to a whole array of tasks.

For example:

• Concert coordinators
• Stage crew
• Reception staff
• Guides
• Sales team
• Safety team
• Catering team
• Congress Programme Book editors
• Fundraising team
• Social Media Team
• Photographers and camera crews
• Heavy Lift Gang
• Drivers
• … and lots of other functions that we haven’t thought of yet!

We hope you are willing to donate some of your time and energy for this great cause. If you want to help during the actual congress, even if you can only contribute for one or two half-days, we would be very happy to receive your help.

For all registered IVC2018 Volunteers, we offer in return:

• Free week passes for the regular congress programme (worth an estimated €200)
• Limited number of shifts, i.e. enough free time to enjoy Congress Presentations
• An unforgettable experience, mingling with violists from all over the world!
