IVC2018 SEEKS SPONSORS!

We seek companies and institutions that would like to sponsor the International Viola Congress in Rotterdam, either with a financial contribution or an in-kind donation. With your help, we can make the IVC2018 a truly unforgettable event!

As a Sponsor of IVC2018, we offer you something in return, depending on the (equivalent) amount of your sponsorship:

€250 or more: A half-page advertisement in the Congress Programme Booklet,
plus one ticket to an IVC Evening concert of your choice (*);
plus your company logo in the “Sponsors” panel of the IVC2018 web site

€500 or more: A full-page advertisement in the Congress Programme Booklet,
plus two tickets to an IVC Evening concert of your choice (*);
plus your company logo in the “Sponsors” panel of the IVC2018 web site

€2000 or more: Your Company logo on the Congress Sponsor Board, permanently and prominently on display in the foyer of our main venue.
plus a full-page advertisement in the Congress Programme Booklet,
plus four tickets to an IVC Evening concert of your choice (*);
plus your company logo in the “Sponsors” panel of the IVC2018 web site

(*) subject to availability

If you think you might like to offer an in-kind contribution, please contact us to discuss the possibilities. This could e.g. be promotional articles offered to the IVC participants, food or drinks, musical accessories, provision of equipment, services etc.

The Dutch Viola Society is a cultural ANBI (Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling) recognized charitable organization.

How can you submit your sponsorship?

The sponsored amount can be sent by bank transfer to our bank account (full info).
We warmly recommend TransferWise for transfers from outside Europe!
Please state ‘Sponsor IVC2018’ in the bank transfer description.

In order to reap the benefits indicated above, you must also send an e-mail to ivc2018@dutchviolasociety.nl , stating the Company name and the amount provided. Our Congress team will then contact you for further agreements.
